Why choose Equitherm Training to achieve your next career milestone?
Close links with the veterinary profession
Equitherm is staffed by scientists and veterinary professionals, and our relationship with the veterinary industry is at the heart of everything we do. We are supported by the profession, we collaborate on research programmes with some of the best in the business, and we insist that our certified technicians work closely with their patient's treating vet, in order that the best possible outcomes can be achieved.
Flexible training options
Prospective Equitherm technicians can choose from two training options. Our Live training courses offer 5 days of classroom based and hands-training, designed to provide the tools and techniques that they will need to start their careers as Equitherm certified technicians. For those who are unable to commit to the live training, our online courses offer the same high level of training, but in a format that can be completed independently. Our next Live training course will take place at our Suffolk base in September 2016 – click here to book your place, or visit our calendar page for more details about courses and CPD workshops.
Dedicated support throughout
Once the early training is complete, our students embark upon three months of home-study, fully supported by qualified trainers, which includes regular case study submission.Students are required to produce 10 satisfactory case studies, plus a 500 word essay, before certification is awarded. On completion of their training, students are able to take advantage of a range of competitively priced CPD workshops.

This programme allows certified technicians to take their skills to the next level. Included in the Licensee Programme are 8 days of CPD training , along with a range of other career development benefits.
